Staying in your own home matters. Our elderly home cleaning service takes care of the jobs that become harder over time, such as bathrooms, floors, laundry and changing the bed, so you or your parent can enjoy a clean, safe and comfortable home.
We work at a gentle, unhurried pace, always ask before moving personal belongings, and put things back exactly where they belong. Our cleaners are friendly and patient, and they're happy to have a chat while they work.
Sky Castle is aged care certified and also cleans aged care facilities and retirement villages, so our team understands the hygiene, dignity and respect that older people deserve. All of our staff are police checked.

Funding and invoicing

Elderly home cleaning can be paid for privately. If you or your parent receive a Home Care Package or Support at Home funding, please ask your provider whether services from an independent business like ours can be arranged under your plan. Please note that Sky Castle is not an approved Home Care Package or Support at Home provider.
We also work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Sky Castle is not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't work with agency-managed plans. We provide clear, itemised invoices for participants and plan managers. More about our NDIS participant cleaning.

Elderly home cleaning questions
Will my parent have the same cleaner each time?
We assign a regular cleaner so your parent sees a familiar face each visit, and we let you know in advance if a different cleaner needs to cover.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Yes. All Sky Castle staff are police checked, and Sky Castle is aged care certified.
Can I book on behalf of my mum or dad?
Yes. Family members can arrange and manage the service, choose the tasks, organise access to the home and receive the invoices. We're happy to talk to you and your parent together.
Can you help with laundry and bed linen?
Yes. We can wash, dry, fold and put away laundry, and change bed linen, as part of each visit.
Can Home Care Package or Support at Home funding be used?
Sky Castle is not an approved Home Care Package or Support at Home provider. If you have one of these packages, ask your provider whether services from an independent business like ours can be arranged under your plan. We can provide clear, itemised invoices.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Sky Castle is not a registered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and provide clear, itemised invoices for plan managers.
What do you do about trip and slip hazards?
Our cleaners keep walkways clear, leave floors dry and free of slippery residue, put things back where they belong, and let you or your family know if they notice a hazard such as a loose rug or trailing cord.
